Customer's reviews
I had an incredible experience at the Sofitel Wellness Spa. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was soothing and elegant, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. A special mention to Tethi, the masseuse — she was absolutely amazing! Her technique was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Tethi’s attention to detail and calming presence made the entire experience exceptional. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. Highly recommend the spa and especially Tethi for anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience!

Went to Sofitel Wellness Spa for a Balinese massage and had a great experience. I initially booked a 60-minute session, but the massage was so good that I asked to extend it to 90 minutes.
Before the session, they had me fill out a simple form asking about areas I wanted the therapist to focus on and any injuries or areas to avoid, which I appreciated.
The therapist was skilled, attentive, and thorough. She worked through each area with great attention to detail while still making the session feel relaxed and unhurried. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and one I’d happily recommend.

Highly recommended for anyone who values professionalism and quality care.
